Regulations for the purchase and sale in case of purchase of equipment by SM Technology:

PURCHASE of USED equipment

1) The equipment object of sale, after having agreed upon any purchase price, will be sent by the customer or conveniently collected directly from our courier at a cost of € 25.00 * or with his courier or shipper at his own risk;

2) The device will be subjected to extensive tests in all functions in our laboratory and verification of aesthetic considerations. In the event that everything corresponds to the description, and there should not be problems related to the proper functioning or to a bad aesthetic, we will proceed with the payment of the amount agreed by bank transfer / postepay / paypal;

3) In the event that the equipment in question is NOT in the described conditions, we will re-package the equipment in the same way / packaging used by the sender, and send it back at the customer's expense at a cost that will be calculated based on to the weight / volume of the packaging.

4) Alternatively, if the appliance has malfunctions, the customer may have the appliance repaired by us or by a preferential assistance center chosen by the customer at his own expense. Once the repair has been carried out, it will be possible to re-negotiate the eventual purchase at the price previously agreed, as per point (1) or an appropriate evaluation of the product will be made according to the extent of the damage without having to wait for the repair
The shipment will be in this case at the expense and at total risk of the customer

* The courier can pick up the package only if the latter is PERFECTLY PACKED. We do not assume responsibility for the journey.
